Dianna Langenburg is a seasoned leader in talent, HR, governance, change management, and philanthropy having served in leadership at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation for more than 30 years. As Chief Talent & Human Resources Officer at WKKF, she was responsible for organizational talent strategy, culture development, talent management, HR operations and policy. As a member of the executive team, she reported directly to WKKF’s CEO, led the HR team in linking talent strategy to organizational strategy, and aligned with WKKF’s board of trustees to provide strategic leadership and direction to accomplish the mission of the foundation.
Dianna is also passionate about working with other organizations and individuals to help them identify and achieve their goals. She is a trained coach with the Co-Active Training Institute and International Coaching Federation. She has also served on various boards and/or committees for organizations such as United Way, Council on Michigan Foundations and others.
Personally, Dianna enjoys spending time with family and friends, including those she has not yet met. She has an adult daughter, son-in-law and two grand-dogs who reside in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, as well as a sister, niece and nephew living on the west coast. She loves to travel, hike and experience other countries and cultures. She knows basic Spanish and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Western Michigan University.
