Ankita Jhaveri
Founder & Principal RE.Envision Consulting
Ankita is a mother, wife, aunt, and sister; a peer, friend, leader, and lifelong learner. She is an aspiring writer, a yoga enthusiast, and a reluctant runner. She is also a constant work in progress—learning and embedding new ways of working and being in her life and practice. She is someone who moves through the world guided by curiosity and empathy. She is inspired by the complexity, resilience, and care people carry while navigating their lives and communities. Essential questions of equity, impact, and purpose are at the heart of her work. Her two daughters are her greatest love and most meaningful teachers. They remind her, every day, why it matters to fight for what is right and to build a world where dignity, belonging, and opportunity are the norm, not the exception.
Born and raised in India as the younger daughter of immigrant parents, she learned early how to move across boundaries of age, gender, language, race, socioeconomic status, and culture. These experiences shaped her understanding of systems, power, privilege, and belonging. She brings this lens to her practice as a nonprofit and philanthropic consultant, facilitator, and strategist. Her work prioritizes leadership development, talent management, and organizational design.
In 2023, she founded RE.Envision Consulting as a commitment to creating spaces where complexity is honored, humanity is centered, and communities—especially those who have been underserved and overlooked—are supported to lead, imagine, and thrive. Before that, she worked in various capacities ranging from an interim executive director to senior program manager.
Ankita lives in Denver with her husband and two daughters.
